General Provisions

Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

shan9 offers a 100% welcome bonus for new accounts making their first deposit. The maximum bonus amount is 100,000 Ks. Bonus funds are separate from player funds. To withdraw winnings from the bonus, you must wager the bonus amount × 25 times first.

Example calculation: If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 40,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks. If you deposit 220,000 Ks, you receive a 100,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 320,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 100,000 Ks × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks.

4.2 — Bonus Restrictions

  • Each player may receive the bonus once only.
  • Bonus claims from duplicate accounts will be rejected and rewards may be forfeited.
  • shan9 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraudulent play is detected.

4.3 — VIP Program

shan9 VIP tiers are Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Every VIP tier includes a weekly cashback — up to 0.2% per week at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold, and up to 0.8% at Platinum. The higher the VIP tier, the greater the rewards. Prohibited Gaming Practices

5.1 — Prohibited Methods

All players must play fairly. The following are strictly prohibited—

  • Bonus abuse — including claiming bonuses through duplicate accounts and meeting wagering requirements through collusive play.
  • Using bots or any equivalent automated playing methods.
  • Data hacking, exploiting, or taking advantage of software vulnerabilities.
  • Attempting to manipulate shan9's software or the game rules as originally stated.

5.2 — Consequences

If evidence of any of the above violations is found, shan9 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings on that account and close the account. All financial decisions are final at shan9's discretion.
